No, I've only been on test for 12 weeks, not sure if that's a long time or not.

Not sure what a perfect diet is either.

    My diet today:

    5 egg whites
1/2 serving of protien shake (gnc 100% weigh)
2 jr roast beef from arby's
1/4 lb cheesburger, 80 cal bun
    6 oreos
    a serving of pringles
    2 yoplait "light" yogurts
    1 bowl of cherios.
another 1/2 serving of wehy protien after workout.

Today I lifted 225 ten times first set which is a crazy record for me. So while I am not liking my bloat, there are certainly positive things happening as well.

if you are truly concerned about feeling better and not being so bloated and nasty looking then all you need to do is substitute the cheeseburgers for some lean chicken that you can bbq at home and pack with you and get rid of oreos and eat some fruit or veggies in stead. Give yourself a cheat meal once a week to get your fix on carbs and crap. Stay on the test and try a better diet for 3 months. I guarantee you will start to feel and look better....of course you have to keep lifting/exercising. What is your final goal with all this?

Problems in bold. Obviously with your goals you do not NEED to be on the type of diet some of us are on. But cutting the fast food and sweets will do a world of good. You may find when you eat healthier you aren't as hungry as well. Good luck.
