Not sure what a perfect diet is either.
My diet today:
5 egg whites
1/2 serving of protien shake (gnc 100% weigh)
2 jr roast beef from arby's
1/4 lb cheesburger, 80 cal bun
6 oreos
a serving of pringles
2 yoplait "light" yogurts
1 bowl of cherios.
Another 1/2 serving of wehy protien after workout.
Today i lifted 225 ten times first set which is a crazy record for me. So while i am not liking my bloat, there are certainly positive things happening as well.
