Thing is, he thought this was amazing, right up until everyone here said it wasn't. I know people like this. My take is, he didn't touch any girl, but clearly wants to, and thought that by pretending he had, that everyone here would think that "he was the man", then that would give him a free ticket to do so in the near future.
