Just wondering how many of you guys have puked doing legs before. I have only yacked once and it was after coming back to the gym after being out for awhile but I do get sick feeling and kinda naseous fairly regularly.
Yes, puke regularly on leg day
Have only puked maybe a couple times
Get sick feeling (naseous, light headed) but never puke
Never, leg day is pretty much like any other day

As Arnie said before if your not puking your not lifting heavy or hard enough
Done it twice. All out leg destruction. Squat till you puke!

My cousin who is probably one of the most muscular natural guys I know personally (about 6 foot, 230 at around 8% bf) pukes almost every time he does legs. I always thought if you are puking that much you are over training yourself though but it works for him obviously.
Meh, I don't think you can overtrain really to a certain extent you have to push yourself when you get strong and keep on pushing yourself man.
I've done it a couple of times. One was because of the pizza I ate earlier in the day. But usually, I just get a little nauseous.
I've puked a few times but I get nauseous just about everytime. Everytime I've puked I've it's been in a snow pile outside the gym.
I get nauseous frequently..... not just with legs either..... but i've never puked.

The problem Ive had lately is my heart rate goes way up when doing legs and I think thats what leads to the sick feeling I have been getting. It takes me a while to get it back down when Im done with my workout. Ive started walking on the treadmill for about 10-15 minutes to try to cool down and it seems to be helping a little bit.
If you work out that hard your body assumes that you are in a survival situation and it will void the contents of the stomach so that you are able to keep on fighting or running without the weight
it happened to me (puking) during legs.
went in, the AC was off cuz they thought it would be a good idea at night because hardly anyone is ever there...
it was SO HOT AND HUMID - 3/4 of the way thru i yacked.
rinsed my mouth, then went back at it.
I started keeping pepto tabs in my gym bag. They work for me.
Today was by far one of the worst leg days I've had all year. No puking though. Hazard's post describes my previous experiences spot on.
ive neva puked and havent even felt sick (long plifting career) if you are vomiting thats your body's last ditch attempt to tell you to hold back on what eva the hell your doin to it, id be careful !
interesting point, i had a client who felt sick alot during training, we eventually pinpointed his water consumption, during a session, to be the culprit. he was going thru 2ltrs a session (50mins-1hr), we cut in down to 1ltr and bye bye sickness.
I think my nauseous feelings come from the ammount of liquid in my stomach. I lift with as much intensity as I can..... I go as hard as I can..... but that doesn't mix well with 24oz of water and pre workout drink in your stomach.
If I do puke..... i'll make sure to come here and jinx you mfkers.....

and if you do puke you are going to puke alot with all that fluid in there!
I have never puked.....I do sometimes feel nauseous....mostly I will see stars after a big lift. That happens to me quite a bit....stars and lightheaded....then I need to sit down for a minute or two..
nausea sometimes... closest I came to puking was when the guy in the rack next to me sharted and you knew chunks flew... smelt up the area within seconds.
I have come close. Usually it is when I have eaten less than 1 hr prior to lifting and how much I ate. Also I have noticed while lifting if I drink to much I get nauseated so I try to drink less now.
