Not really mate, havent really had the time with work and what not!! been training all the same, eating been hard with work but done ok!!

Feel im still putting on size, gained a pound or two but feel ok about it as i feel its lean muscle!! strength gradually keeps going up which is nice, getting some good comments off people, good for the confidence!!

Probably will wait till saturday or sunday to take pictures

thanx bro... first real bulking cycle, hopefully I keep most of it and I will give it one more go in a couple months. I want to now lean up and hopefully be around 225 @ 10%

Man she was doing crazy shit, like still going thru wanting the divorce, but calling me a few times a day on the way to the beach...then texting me when she got there, text me when she got home etc..I mean I am not on that level.
