    Yeah, but that is the only exercise that builds size in my upper body and allows me to maintain size.

    Rubbish, there are plenty of exercise that you can swap flat bench for

    It is well known for pec/ shouoder problems

    Incline press, decline press are both better options IMO

    Bro, I never did have good results with those exercises in my 13 years of lifting.

    Different exercises work for different people when it comes to growth.

    I am good at shoulder military pressing and it builds my shoulders good but nothing builds my chest like flat bench. Just personal my experience.
