I would personaly use hcg in all cycles. It imrpoves pct/recovery IMHO, an in my expierence that's a huge benefit. An AI like dex should be used along side hcg to combat estrogen sides. Tricky part is finding out your dex dosage and timetable for each dose. My first time using hcg and dex lost my libido since my dex dose was too high. I crushed my estrogen levels and need to adjust. A week later everything was looking up, literally. So my advice is use both...
On a side note, why are you only stopping deca a week before the cycle ends. I've always read (and practiced) give yourself 2-4 weeks of time after stopping deca. Eg: wks1-10 deca wks1-14 test. I believe this might be to combat deca dick later. The extra time somehow helps, but if you have worked a cycle in this manner before and it has worked, so be it.
