So it looks like we were all in decent shape at the end of high school... but how many of us maintaned that during their 20's? I'll be the first to admit I got pretty fat in my mid 20's after I stopped boxing.

Didn't workout for a span of about 10 years in there. Started back up about 4 years ago at 167lbs. Just finished off my first cycle.
2000: 6'4 270 30% + bf
2010: 6'4 240 17% bf
I was 5'10", 165, less than 10% bf. I was also roided out. I actually joined this site way back when and got mad when everyone told me I was too young. I guess it takes some life experience to realize things for yourself sometimes. I was the most muscularly defined kid in school (obviously), albeit not the only one juicing. I felt huge and like a god then... That was in 2006. Now I'm off the juice, same height, 22 years old, 188 lbs. and much stronger than I was in highschool... yet I feel scrawny as hell... What gives!!!
*2002 - 6'-0" = 202 lbs ~ 15%
*2005 - 6'-0" = 217 lbs ~ 13 - 14%
*2007 - 6'-0" = 252 lbs ~ 15 - 16%
*2009 - 6'-0" = 205 lbs ~ 8-9%
*today - 6'-0" = 226 lbs ~ 12 - 13%
Yeah, i've taken some long lifting hiatus' and my training consistency has fluctuated quite a bit over time and in 2007 i looked like Frankenstein wearing a suit at a family member's wedding and decided to cut down drastically.
6'1 280 Pounds of fat. Absolutely no muscle. I think I had 14 inch arms back then.
Now. 6'1 200 pounds. Probably around 20 percent bodyfat.
I was 5'8" and 160lbs at high school graduation
now I am 6'2" and about 240lbs.....gh works lol j/k
then 6'3 154 about 9% bf
now 6'3 245 about 12%
