    OK, so the DBol run at 50mg/ed... so your not breaking the dosage down into doses you take throughout the day then, your just popping a full 50 Mg's before your gym time?? Hmmm, yea, that might make my heart freak out a bit ... lol I'm 5mg's less with taking @ 15 Mg's 3 times a day..

    This is my first workout at this dose by the way, your right, the pump was unbelievable... I couldn't even bend my arms all the way up it was so pumped up and full. This guy that I talk to a bit was like "your bulking up, you look great" *blush* and *grin* lol

    Hey Lavey... yea, I know, I SHOULD stay on but I have blood work to tend to in 2 months and I want my liver and blood to be clean for that... doc doesn't know I'm doing this... I look at it this way... my body, my decision.. but he would give me hell about it just the same so I'm trying to keep blood work dates towards the end of each off cycle so that any spike in liver enzymes is going to be from the patch. From what I hear HGH heals allot of stuff inside and outside the body so hopefully in time I'll be in even better shape and stuff like that won't matter as much but from what my guy tells me it takes up to a year for really noticeable results to show fully. I can be patient.

    You could cruise on 100-200mg of test per week and your doc would likely be none the wiser. It won't mess up your liver values, and your lipids shouldn't be bad, so long as you eat well, supplement with NAC and ALA (these help liver and lipids), and do some cardio.

    What's your suggestion dosage wise on the ALA and NAC? I can pick both up at my local supplement store as I need to go there today anyways...

    Nac: 2-3 grams a day.
    IDK about the ALA, as I've never taken it. I just know that it is good for your lipids.
