completely agree, the 'window' is a little more hype and marketing than it really is. youll get a better workout and cardio without the drink and rest than just hitting the cardio after.
I have also found clen to work much better AFTER you have lost all the initial weight a diet will give you, save the clen for burning off the stickier fat.
