    sorry my stats are

    age 24
    wieght 138lb
    height 5 7
    bf 6%
    pct nolvadex + clomid (dosage not looked at yet) also HGC?
    diet avg: 5100cal 300g protein 400g carbs 110g fats

    there is alot of contradictory info out there hence not just jumping on a cycle

    have you seen the educational threads like the bigginer cycle thread....its a must read bro.....youll learn more in 10 mins then youve learned in weeks and weeks of reasurch....good luck....

    I think you are full of it... But I will humour you anyway... if you are eating 5100cals a day and not gaining then eat 6000cals a day if you dont gain anything in a wk up it to 6500cals... then 7000 then 7500 etc... Simple and effective.
