    you need to train alot longer than 1.5 yrs to strenghten your tendons and ligs.......... bro you still have alot more growth potential doing it NATURAL.......... save your time and money eat clean, lift hard and heavy, and take otc supps for now. we are here to help and advise. we dont want anyone to hurt themselfs or do permanent damage. if you have questions. by all means ask away.

    i dont care... looks like i gotta make a new account and pretend ive been training for 5 years so u guys will help me,, cus i will start anyways.. i got deca and testo e + nolva at home now.

    Bro you know they track IP addresses so making a new account will just make it worse. Don't listen to the people on here there dumb, just listen to your dealer who is the shitz. He has your health in mind! You have no idea what your doing that obvious. You don't know how to train, what PCT to take, probably don't know what the compounds your taking even do.

    Why don't you just read some of the threads at the top of this forum and let your ego rest.

    Where to start... I won't even bring up your age.

    1. You are running more than 1 compound on your 1st cycle, if you start having severe sides how will you know if it is the test or deca? You won't and you will have to completely stop your cycle! This is why it is recommended to run a test only cycle at first and see how your body responds.

    2. At your current weight and height it looks to me you don't know how to diet. You need to eat to get big and to stay big. Say you gained 20 lbs on this cycle how would you keep it if you don't eat like someone who is 20 lbs heavier? You don't, you will just lose it all.

    3. You do not know what pct is. Pct is the most important part of your cycle. Without this you are destined for a disaster. Pct helps you keep your gains you just made and gets your natty test back up and running ASAP. Without this there is also a chance you will NEVER recover.

    4. You are asking us for advice on a training routine and saying you will work each muscle atleast x2 a week. This is over training and you will do more damage and probably lose size if anything. the key to getting big is food and rest. Weights and AAS only play a small role gaining size. Also sounds like you have minimal training exp, you are at a very high risk of getting injured in the gym. Your body will not be able to handle your new found weight gain and this will also set you way back on your goals.



    The best advice anyone will give you is to help you out with your diet/ training routine. A great diet + great training regimen = great gains. You have so much room to gain naturaly, wait a few more years and do some RESEARCH. You might not agree now but you will be thanking us all later if you take this advice.

    Ur telling me that training ur muscles 2 times a werak is overtraining? retard.-.. what about all the " vhole body workouts" ... u mean the only thing u can train is 1 muscle a week? i tryed this .. it sucked.. i have to train my muscles 2-3 times a weak for best results..

    Why ask for help, then when it is offered you just shoot it down? I know of a couple good hrt docs I'll hook you up with after your dealer "fixes you up".

    Listen Zuppy, your getting the straight shit here. We don't candycoat a damn thing. Take the advice and hang around awhile. You will learn what you need to know.

    Might want to start by apologizing to the guys you are pissing off: then go start a thread in the new male members section to introduce yourself. Follow that with starting a thread in the diet section asking for help.
