yeah well with this stuff it says 3 pills a serving for the amount of 500mg so to get 3g that would be 18 pills right. i have not been taking that much but i am cramping like a mother****er and im only at 60mcg a day i will look into that other stuff

well, you shouldnt need that many pills..you would use like 4 bottles a week lol
