    sorry for this misconceive

    age: 27

    weight:100Kg

    hight: 180CM

    BF=have no idea, got some on the belly area

    training experience: started in 1999 as a Body Builder, quitted for some time then got repeated shoulder dislocations, had an arthroscope surgery treatment using to Anchors, back to working out from like 4-5 months now, squats are 110Kg, Bench Press 75kg, Military press 55kg, dead lifts 125kg
    I am using Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength, since it builds more muscle tissues I am keeping it tell I hit Squat's 160 and Dead lifts 200, then moving to Jim Wendler's 5/3/1

    goals with this cycle: well adding more power and it's cool to get some bulk

    I know it's still early for cycling, but I thought this might tempt me for more working out.

    PS: I am married too, guess I can get some advice on that for what ever might fly's in the head
