So you're going to be running this leading up to your competition? or will this be post-comp?

If you're running this for the next 12 weeks, then this is how you would structure it:

D-bol (weeks 1 - 4) @ 40mg/ed
Test-Prop (weeks 1 - 12) @ 75mg/ed or 150mg/eod
Winstrol (weeks 7 - 12.5) @ 50mg/ed
A-dex (weeks 1 - 12) @ 0.25mg/eod

^^ replace the anavar with winstrol if it's right before a comp. Even at 60mg/ed anavar can take time to show results. Even with low BF%. Winny is much more efficient at creating a hard physique in less time IMO.

If you're just looking for a bulker that will be run post-comp, then look into something along these lines...

Test-E (weeks 1 - 12) @ 500mg/wk
D-bol (weeks 1 - 4) @ 40mg/ed
A-dex (weeks 1 - 13) @ 0.25mg/eod

No need for the anavar IMO.

Don't use the a-dex throughout the PCT. only use an AI while on cycle.

Your combination of SERMS for the PCT look fine.
