You said it well my friend. Its certainly not that unusual or uncommon but it doesnt have to be and excuse to get fat and is certainly preventable.
As mentioned,,watch your diet,,,continue to train with weights,cardio and CLENBUTEROL is a good option here. I like it right after PCT for its fat burning and anti catabolic effects.
