What I was tryin to get at was to get the op to open up a bit more on the situation. Hes been a member since 04 and talking about contests, I give him the benefit of the doubt that hes got things in check. But everyone came in and said no its useless. Which I dont think it is IF thats what he has. If he would have said should I run mast or EQ last four wks then that would be different.
Everything I've read on EQ has said that it is either worthless or only works if run for a very long time. Strength gains reported were minimal, and most likely attributed to diet and training more than the EQ. Endurance can be improved, and IMO this is the only reason why anyone would ever want to take EQ.
Improvements in vascularity can be made much more easily by either salt loading/depleting or soda loading. The problem is that you need to know how your body responds to those. You also have to accept that for the first week you will look worse than you will ultimately.
4 weeks out from a contest I'd be more concerned about diet and planning my water cut than trying to make any radical changes. 4 weeks out is really 3 if you are doing things right. You want to be in 100% contest shape 1 week prior to competition. Then you have a week to make minor tweaks if you find you need them.
TKO do not believe everything you read. Different strokes for different folks kind of a thing. Personally I have used EQ and LOVED it. I would also RECOMMEND it to ANYONE looking to run a 12-14 weeker. Thats not coming from someone who told me, thats personal and accurate.

Also, back to the matter at hand, do you think he'd see any benefit in 4 weeks fro just EQ?
Hey guys, Gymnerd is right on the money, sorry did't have achance to get on till now again. been running EQ for 14 weeks aready been hoping for my mast, winny, and prop to come in that is why I was wondering about just running the eq. currently on 500mg test C and 750 EQ a week. and yes I am lean 5 percent now upper bod is ready lower coming in slowly. 205 currently at 5'6".
Hang on, clarify that. I'm reading that you have already been on a cycle of EQ for 14 weeks, along with test C for the same length of time, and you want to go another 4 weeks on just the EQ (stretching the EQ part to 18 weeks total). Is that correct?
Fuzzy, I think we agree that starting EQ and only going 4 weeks is a waste. However, I'd still like to know what cycle you ran and how it worked for you. I'm not bashing or being sarcastic, I would like the knowledge. Not trying to hijack either, so if you want to discuss via PM that's fine with me too.
