First of all, I want thank everybody who takes time to post info here. It's a great resource. I've read through dozens of threads and I feel like I have a good idea about what my first cycle should consist of. Now I will give you a little info about me, because I'm trying to understand what I should expect given my goals/current stats.
My stats:
Age - 31
Height 6'2"
Weight 201 lbs
Lifting experience: nearly 4 years
Typical bench press workout: 225 lbs, 4 sets of 8 reps
Bodyfat: 12.5% (caliper)
Cycle experience: zilch
I'm coming off a cutting phase and have done a shit ton of cardio to drop about 20 lbs. The problem is, I probably don't have the greatest genetics. I've never had a well-defined and flat stomach. I've tailored my diet and have ran nearly 250 miles over the past 3 months. My family has a history of guts and it only gets worse with age. Ultimately what I want is a shredded mid-section. I would like some more size everywhere of course, but the cellulite that just won't go away around the mid-section MUST GO AWAY!
I'm now planning my first cycle. I believe it will be:
Weeks 1-12 500 mg test-e with a-dex
Weeks 14-18 nolva and clomid (dosages per recommended in other threads)
With a pharmacy grade test-e cycle, can I expect to add any mass if the goal is to shred up the abdomen? Does cardio become much harder while I'm on cycle? I'd like to maybe add 10 pounds of lean mass and get the bodyfat down to 10%. Is that possible on a 12 week cycle of test-e?
Also, are the PCT's (nolva and clomid) available without a script? I believe the shrewd way to go about it would be to have everything for your cycle in hand before starting the cycle. Also, is running HCG weeks 9-12 the best? Or is that even necessary with a first cycle?
Is it best to work out early morning, afternoon or evenings? What should I expect in terms of strength gains (on the bench press for example)? Thank you.
