    Mike from JErsey Shore. Situation is that you ? jk You look great brother. Nice and lean. I dont know your goals, but i always believed that being muscular isn't everything. Its the way how you carry your weight. How comfy you're with your body. I dont see the purpose to have 22'' arms that you cannot even use to wipe your own butthole .... or getting gassed out after running a pathetic 40 yard line . One thing is when some little dude gets his ass whooped. No one will remember it after a week. But if a 265lbs BBer guy gets his ass manhandled by a dude who's half of his size is totally different. People will talk about that for years and will point fingers at you. So based on your picture, it looks like you're in a great place muscle/weight/ ratio. I dont mean no disrespect to bodybuilders. Im a big dude myself and I cannot even imagine being embarrassed by someone half of my size taking me to school with all the time I spent at the gym and crap i sacrificed for my physique. Anyways, sorry for highjacking the thread fellas. Got off topic a bit lol

    Thanks bro I appreciate the comments. Ye alot of people tell me I look like Mike "the situation" lol. For my height I will be very comfortable at 75kg 6%bf. I'm planning to get there for dec which is our summertime here in SA. I'm currently sitting at 70kg and 10%bf. I'll get to my goal in the next 3 months no prob with the help of test/var.
