I had to read it a few times too Igi. He worded it pretty wierd. I think what he was trying to say is that his joints and body arent allowing him to go any heavier with the weights so he is having a hard time staying motivated with going to the gym since he feels like he isnt going to get any bigger without going heavier.

Im kinda in the same boat Dobie. Having some issues with injuries and what not but I am taking some time off from lifting for a bit to try and refresh and let my body recuperate a bit. Have you tried taking some time off to see how your body reacts?

I had felt this way as a natural my last 2 years before juicing. It is a $hitty feeling knowing I couldn't make any more gains and all I was doing was making sure I didn't gain fat. That is why I love steroids

Ya, dobe's are definately the only kind of dog Im ever gonna own again. I just adopted a severly malnurished pup about 8 months old. he's eatin like a horse now and gonna be huge. Hes already about 80 lbs.

Ya, actually I have taken off for a long time. WAY TOOOOO LONG!!!! I lifted religiously for 14 years. Without it I almost lose my identity it seems. It just seems as though it kinda became a part of me. Everyone I know associates me with being a gym rat. I just can't seem to get motivated any more. My buddy is opening an MMA gym soon so I think that Im gonna give that a shot. I gotta fill the hole some how.
