I have seen worse diets but yours is not great. Second I would get into the workout forum and research the different workout programs. I'm not saying you don't know what you are doing when it comes to weight lifting but I am saying that it sounds like there is room for improvement.

To get as close to your natural genetic potential/limit is the goal before anyone should consider using any type of AAS. To do that one needs at least 3 to 5 years of serious training and dieting, otherwise your cycle will be a waste.

With all that being said you stated you have test 300, what ester is it? Is it test susp, test prop, test eth or test cyp? There are others but these are the most common.
