I have never seen a "bottle" of test like that in my life to be honest. That's about as unsanitary as those 5mL sachets some sources sell.

All steroids which have to be injected intramuscular must be kept in a sterile, air free vial.

Alternatively, you could just buy a 10mL syringe, and and .22 whatman filter, and a sterile vial..... and just filter into the sterile vial, and viola.

3 days after your last injection, start taking the nolvadex @ 30-40mg/ed for a week, and then 20mg/ed for 2 - 3 weeks.
