beyond filling a simple Rx, I'm really not sure what my kaiser GP does, except refer me to a specialist.

Here's a funny one. I went to see a spinal specialist the other day. Nurse had me step on a scale. I thought it was the same level as the carpeting. It was two inches higher. I tripped. Tore something in my knee. I was in a lot of pain. No one bothered to do anything, nor write it down, nor take a report.

If this happened at work, I would be required by OSHA to fill out an accident/injury report. why would a hospital not do something so basic as this?
