    Traps are shitty, IMO, since they are almost impossible to fully relax (what with your shoulders hanging from them and all). And you can't see what you're doing.

    Use your bathroom mirror to see where you are pinning. Traps are by far top 3 favorite spots to inject. Little BF in that area so 1 inch does it perfect.

    I just tried it once with some peptides and thought it was awkward and painful.
    Maybe I just need more practice.

    where do you inject in the trap? top?

    i work in a warehouse and pick boxes up all day, does the discomfort/pain get in the way of doing that? right now i just stick with glute, im getting tired of it though, its a pain the days following my shot to squat down and wrap pallets.
