    Ezekiel bread is flourless it is made up of organic sprouted whole grains. It isn't that processed junk that comes off a conveyor belt. It is highly nutritious too.

    if you are looking to add lean body mass and all you are doing is cardio and resistance training and eating 100 cals over your TDEE it will be pretty hard to add on lean muscle.

    Well diet and a bit of genetic engineering of course But yeah, 3800 would be on an absolute crazy day of training. Some days I might be more around 3300 for daily maintenance (Off days). So altogether might get 3 or 4 days out of the week with an extra 500 calories.

    It should work. As I said I'm just looking for a slight increase in mass.
