in my opinion you need to find the best shoulder surgeon you can find that's what i did. there easy to find my surgeon is a shoulder specialist for a majoir league baseball team. these players make millions so they use the best specialists around. i first went to the specialist my gp recommended and he gave me the cortisone shots over a 3 month period. this did no good. he decided there might be a tiny tear in my rotator cuff, so he wanted to do surgery, this fool was just guessing. my new Doc found the real problem in about 30 min. thank god i didnt need surgery.
