DROP THE SUST USE FOR NOW. COMPLETELY
1. WORK OUT A PROPER DIET TO START LOSING FAT ( 60% PROTEIN 30%CARBS 10% GOOD FATS)
2.GET SOME WHEY PROTEIN, PROPER THERMOGENIC(EPHEDRINE BASED)
3.GYM 5-6 TIMES A WEEK (CARDIO + WEIGHTS)
4.STICK TO A PLAN.
IF ALL THOSE ARE INCORPORATED CORRECTLY YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 10% bf IN 3-4 MONTHS.
