I have read about deca I could care less about EQ he was throwing his experience out there. There is no information on deca in any profile on the internet about the question I asked, thus the reason I asked the question...

i hundred percent disagree with that usage... it looks like utter nonsesnce to me... however, this protocol comes from a international competitor and top prep coach...


to be honest, i think its just a sales pitch to his clients...
