Now..... regarding making progress in the gym..... have you posted your diet in the diet section? I'm not trying to sound like a "diet preacher" here so please don't take it that way. What I'm trying to say is use this time to try different things. Try different diets and then try different routines - find out what you respond to the best. It's taken me 6 years or so to figure out what I need to eat and what routine to use to get the best growth. Hell.... I still may not be doing something right. I recently just changed my routine again.

If you use this time to learn your body and try different things..... you're going to have a leg up on everyone else when you start cycling. It may seem like a waste of time right now..... but I promise you EVERYTHING sacred to me that you'll benefit soooo much from it.

As far as suppliments go.....anything thats going to jack your testosterone up is going to shut you down. I know a lot of people don't believe in nitric oxide supps but I personally like them. Maybe start drinking grape juice PWO to spike insulin levels followed with a protein shake (I do this)

I hope this advice doesn't land on deaf ears.....

I agree with everything they are advising you. And I promise you will thank all of us if you listen no matter how hard it is to do the right thing.
