    I noticed a pretty serious strength increase on my last cycle by upping my doses a sligt bit... I usually stick to the 4-500/wk of test even up to my 4th cycle. I bumped the Test to 600/wk and ran NPP @ 450/wk. You dont need big doses IMO...

    For strength, I doubt anyone will doubt dbol is one of the best, so adding it for the first 4 weeks at a normal dose of 25mg ED will help a lot. You will see water weight gain, but this well most likely be gone long before cycle ends if you control the possible Estro side of bloat commonly noticed on long eaterred test. Something like Aromasin will do this just fine for you.

    Yeah so I think I'm going to go with 600 mg test/week 400 mg deca/week, and a low dose of Dbol. I'd rather underestimate and know where I'm at than overestimate and feel like I need 1500 mg AAS next cycle.

    My first cycle I did 50 mg Dbol ED and gained 5+ lbs per week. I'll see if one of my sources has Aromasin and I will likely drop the dose to 40-30 mg/day.

    Update on current cycle though...took a deload (2 weeks left or so) the past week or so and hit some awesome PR's tonight. I'm back up to my 245 lb strength +10-20 lbs on both squat and bench (not sure on deadlift though).
