    To the OP, btw even if you are resting a rotator cuff injury you can concentrate one many other things, even if you had surgery. You can still work legs, do sit ups, back raises and anything that does not HURT the shoulder.

    Good point and I appreciate you telling it like it is. I finally got in there yesterday and did some light circuit training and some cardio. Felt good. I should be fine from here on out.

    Check this out mate, that should definitely get you to the gym on these days when you are just not feeling it! Especially 2:32, later on you actually see this guy do a pull up with his wheel chair strapped to his body...
