you need an AI (anti aromatase inhibitor). It is the best option to reduce sides whilst on cycle.
If you see any bloating, acne etc pop up, run it at .25mg EOD and go from there.


arimidex is your best option imo

don't start your cycle without having an AI on hand, delay it if you have to.

you didnt specify which AI to use when recommending the dosage... careful of this...

OP, adex is a good choice, I prefer Aromasin (exemestane) but you only need it if you start seeing ERSE and then run it @ 10mg ED and only increase if you feel it is neccessary
