So I'm in week 4 in my Test e and npp cycle and i haven't notice any mass gains...i know for a fact it is not bunk gear cause i have notice strong sides from the npp...i usually gain weight pretty fast when im on sust usually the 2nd week.to me its weird cause when i weight myself after work out i notice that i weight at 195 and then the next day i weight 188...here are my stats and diet...
Age: 25
height : 5'10
weight: 188
bf: last time i check 12%
Npp 300mg per week for 6 weeks
Test e : 500mg per week for 12 weeks
Diet:
Breakfast: 7 eggs with 2 yolks, 2 cups of oatmeal , one cup of greek yogurt and a banana
or (only if I'm in a rush)
60 grams of protein from shake with milk and a banana
Midmorning: 48 gram protein shake
Lunch : a whole pouch of tuna , cup of nuts , and an apple or two 6oz chicken breast with white rice and an apple '
Pre workout - protein shake thats 24 grams
post workout - protein shake 60 grams
Dinner - Usually some sort of red meat or 2 6oz chicken breast with pasta or rice
mid evening meal- 1 6oz of chicken breast with greek yogurt and banana
Before bed- 48 grams of casein protein
