    How did ur weight progress?

    Cycle history with weight gained?

    I heard BgMc was a big lad.

    And there was a memeber from awhile back called BiGJon I think? Not terribly ripped, but ****ing massive! Ronnie Rowlands is a pretty stacked and shredded as well.

    Yeah, he is like 6'4'', 300 pounds. And I sure he can curl Reed with 1 arm. lol

    It's not a prob..... I just don't wanna clog the thread up with my crap. A real brief history......

    started lifting at 18 - 175lbs. Cycled when I was 19 and ran tren/deca by themselves..... did one cycle with test in it. Pretty much thought I knew what I was doing. I took off from lifting from 21-24 years old and started back up again around my 24th B-day. Worked out for a year again before cycling but I worked my ass off in that year. I finally got my routine down.... my diet down..... and then ran a test only cycle. I'm now almost 250 with my sights set on 260 before x-mas. Hopefully compete next year..... we'll see.

    LMAO yep.....

    A training partner of Gaspari told me not to mess with testosterone and that deca would be fine. Next cycle..... a friend made his own tren and I bought it an ran it alone. Actually made gains from the tren LOL but lost em ofcoarse.....

    This site has been a godsend for me..... it's a wealth of information and some people don't understand that. Once you spend time here, do your research, and then spend time learning your body...... you can make some real nice progress.

    Totally agree man! deca and stan only for my 1st cycle haha! low dose but still, was a bad choice, again advice given from a friend who knows nothing!
    Love this place, i just hope my work place doesnt ban this site! i wouldnt know what to do with myself :P

    So between 24 yrs old and current you have gained how much weight?

    And how old are u now?

    Im guesing u were aroind 195 at 24 yrs old??

    I think this is going to blow me away because i think ive read ur only 27 now LOL

    i'm 26.....

    eh I was probably about 210 or so when I was 24. I know I was a sloppy 210 at 23 LOL so I cleaned it up a bit when I got back into lifting.

    GH is a wonderfull drug isnt it


    LOL only kidding, 40lbs in 2 yrs is amazing, i would love to make that kind of progress, we will see how things go

    No idea if my gh was even real..... it's really frustrating......

    BTW..... I see fireguy lurking here probably the most contest experienced member and from what i've seen..... the most ripped.....
