    LMAO yep.....

    A training partner of Gaspari told me not to mess with testosterone and that deca would be fine. Next cycle..... a friend made his own tren and I bought it an ran it alone. Actually made gains from the tren LOL but lost em ofcoarse.....

    This site has been a godsend for me..... it's a wealth of information and some people don't understand that. Once you spend time here, do your research, and then spend time learning your body...... you can make some real nice progress.

    Carlos E and Narkissos, smaller but pros, from what I htink I've read and seen lately, besides I'm a short guy, I like the shorter thicker guys who represent.

    eh I was probably about 210 or so when I was 24. I know I was a sloppy 210 at 23 LOL so I cleaned it up a bit when I got back into lifting.

    Totally agree man! deca and stan only for my 1st cycle haha! low dose but still, was a bad choice, again advice given from a friend who knows nothing!
    Love this place, i just hope my work place doesnt ban this site! i wouldnt know what to do with myself :P

    Not huge mate. I've been around 220lbs (350mg/wk Test Prop, Dbol 20mg/ED) at around 10% 5"11. Marcus has a couple of pics. I'm down at the moment for one reason or another to around 205-210lbs. My weight fluctuates alot.

    I respond well to low doses so watch out when I start hitting 750-1000mg/wk Test!

    Dont compete. But if I did I'd put some serious size on.

    When I get older I'm going to start I think, just not yet.

    Well I don't know what happened to WEBB, but he was by far the biggest guy I've seen on here... 300lbs during the off season, and was crazy ripped when he was contest prepping, don't remember his contest weight...

    My hats off to you big guys. It's incredibly hard to get there and maintain the size, let alone the bf% with the calories that have to be consumed. Haz, 40lbs in two years is very impressive! That says alot about your genetics!!! Keep busting it hard and you should hit the 260 goal. That is what I am shooting for by the end of the year, but it is getting closer and closer and I am putting on less and less weight. I busted the scales over the 250 mark once, but have been hovering at the 245-248 mark for too long. With the start of bow season it has been a real challenge to stay on the diet, but I have it worked out now. Just had to cook up a bunch of chicken/rice/sweet potatoes and put them out at the camp.

    holy crap. That guy is ifbb pro size. And that diet isn't terrible as he is getting protein, carbs, and fats in there. I would think he would be getting in a lot more though and at least two extra meals. I eat more that than and I am not even close to that size

    Lb is big guy too, with conditioning. I think conditioning should have some weight. Lots of people got genetics to be big, especially with gear. It takes a whole other type of dedication to be conditioned.

    Yeah, he's been on large doses for ages.

    He cruises on around 1.5gmg/wk Schering TE from what I remember and goes to around 2.5-3.5g/wk Test Enan and 10ius+ GH cruising and blasting.

    I think he looks good, nice fella too. Pro size.

    Stevey you got the pics with his top off? You'll see the real size of him then. He's legs are huge too.

    I was eating a cup of oatmeal, 8 egg whites, 2 slices of ezekial bread, and 4 slices of turkey bacon for my break fast meal followed by 1lb of ground chicken breast and 2 cups of brown rice for lunch and I made nice progress but theres no frickin way i'd get to 280 on just that - but the kicker is..... he's not even eating that much.

    SOB..... it makes you want to quit if he's telling the truth LOL

    I understand..... and I'm a firm believer in "the more you do..... the bigger you get" but i believed that would hold true if you were supplying your body with the food. All the best to him..... hope nothing bad happens anytime soon.....

    I agree.

    Its sad but a lot of bodybuilders nowadays are chemical bodybuilders. But thats not to say that dont consume massive amounts of food. Swiper is a true freak if thats what he eats day by day.
