    I eat 1-2 cheat meals a week, try to do it right after a workout to minimize the damage and early in the day if possible.

    I just wanted to add that while that may work well for you, I wouldn't recommend 2 cheat meals a week for somebody needing to cut bodyfat. Not saying you were suggesting he have 2 cheat meals, just clarifying for Cas that i wouldn't do that if I were in his shoes.

    1-2 cheat meals out of every 42 is not a lot. As long as you don't gorge yourself and eat like 1500 calories for those meals you will be fine even when cutting. If you can go week after week eating perfect 6 meals a day more power to you but that is pretty hard. I just punish myself with more cardio so it is a wash anyway.
