A quick update...
Been sticking to the diet, been hard avoiding some foods, but managed to kerb the cravings for certain, unhealthy foods... Feel good but been feeling lathargic at work... I think it is just the body adjusting to the change in the diet and training regime... I have managed to jog 30-40 mins for the last 5 days.
Anyways i will update you with the weight on Sunday... Haven't been able to get on-line as much as i would have liked to, just that tired when i get home i go straight to bed...
One question, am i aloud cheat meals??? If so when is best??? Got to take the mrs out for her birthday on Sunday so probably stick to fish and chicken with rice....
Thanks people, it's an uphill struggle, been losing motivation but i just remember my pics and bf % and that keeps me going to improve my health.
