First Cycle - advice and questions

Like I said I haven't been on here in a while because I had no source. But I did some basic research from the threads on here a while back and since I now have a source I am back to get educated.

I obviously do care about what I put in my body that is why I didn't rush out to get the gear and jam it in. I decided to come back here first and get the info that I need to feel comfortable and do it right.

I thought I made that clear enough in the original post.

As for the hCG, I ran it during my first cycle. 250iu every third day. Take it during the cycle, up to 72 hours before you start pct. I have stopped researching hCG, cause I no longer use it (I am on forever ...)

See that is why I wanted to come back here before I get anything. After going through my source's notes again it looks like he is saying to take it after four weeks of finishing my cycle, which seems like a long time to wait.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this? (I will be going through the PCT thread too, just figured I would check here too)
