    What is affective dose for Dbol?

    Could anybody tell me what is the effective does of Dbol for male is?
    I am plaining to be on cycle for 8 weeks. I am about 190 pound.
    I am plaining to take 50 mg / day. Is that enough?
    I would like to bulk up but not looking to become a freak.
