I slowly progressed to full range of motion in the arm to not being able to raise a 2lb dumbbell out to my side, PT 3x/week for 1 year. After PT I still could not work out with heavy weight, only light weights due to risk of re-injury, so I only played with light weights for several months. Since that time I have went from 220lbs to 260lbs and I can assure you that that 43lb weight gain was not even close to all fat gain so I think I have a clue as to how to modify my body comp safely and in a healthy way. Thanks for your concern.
I agree that my cycle was not given much thought/planned out. That does not change the fact that it is not dangerous to my heath, that I am not taking proper precautions during my cycle, or that I do not have a proper PCT set and ready to go. R U gonna tell my mommy on me that my cycle wasn't planned out well in advance???
