    It's not my first cycle and libshit comes across like a dick or i wouldn't have him on ignore. The manner in which he gives advice is ridiculous and childish. let me know when libshit hits his max muscle gain and i'll take a look at a pic then when i hit mine I'll put up a pic and we will let the pic's speak for themselves.

    I can see that u are also in the habit of speaking like a mature adult and giving constructive criticism in an adult fashion lol

    I am an adult and choose what i put in my own body. You give me a detailed write up of why what I am doing is dangerous or stfu.

    I could, but you don't appear to listen to any of the advice you are given, so I will not waste my time. Bottom line, your cycle was obviously not given much thought, or planned out at all really.

    3 yrs ago I weighed 300 lbs. I dropped down to 217lbs and due to lack of muscle mass looked a bit emaciated so moved myself up to 220lbs. Since that time I had to serious injuries unrelated to working out where I underwent minor surgeries and had limited range of motion of one of my arms/shoulders and was in Physical Therapy for 1 year. I slowly progressed to full range of motion in the arm to not being able to raise a 2lb dumbbell out to my side, PT 3x/week for 1 year. After PT I still could not work out with heavy weight, only light weights due to risk of re-injury, so I only played with light weights for several months. Since that time I have went from 220lbs to 260lbs and I can assure you that that 43lb weight gain was not even close to all fat gain so I think I have a clue as to how to modify my body comp safely and in a healthy way. Thanks for your concern.

    I agree that my cycle was not given much thought/planned out. That does not change the fact that it is not dangerous to my heath, that I am not taking proper precautions during my cycle, or that I do not have a proper PCT set and ready to go. R U gonna tell my mommy on me that my cycle wasn't planned out well in advance???

    You do realize that anavar at the dosages you are taking has the potential to wreck your lipid profile. I'm taking single digit HDL and high LDL, but you already knew that when you said there was nothing dangerous about your cycle.

    FYI: My INITIAL cycle plan was test prop and var along with adex as a precaution due to my bf. My wife had thrown out a bunch of my stuff and I thought she had thrown that out too, as it came up missing. That's when I changed the cycle to var only as I wasn't going to run test at my bf without an ai.

    Then I grabbed some letro and decided to pick up some cyp b/c a friend of mine wanted to run a cycle too so I got some ready made cyp rather than brewing the prop I had purchased raw. So I added in the cyp along with HCG,

    As to your comment about my lipid profile: I brought my cholesterol level from a high of 278 to 136! without any medications, just through weight loss and dietary changes. I also have healthy/low bp. So don't assume I don't know what the f I am doing. U make an ass out of yourself.

    My cholesterol levels off cycle are most likely better than 95% of the members here when off cycle.

    My biggest side effect is tapping my wife 4x/day rather than once every 2 weeks, I'm not complaining, SHE sure as hell ain't complaining, so unless you have some constructive advice or can detail out how what I am doing is dangerous, like I said STFU.

    I took an aggressive approach to wt loss and am taking an aggressive approach to muscle gain. Don't like it? I could care less.
