    Working out/Test levels

So is it true that you are only supposed to workout with weights for a max of 45-60 min at a time otherwise your test levels drop and you are negatively impacting your workout? Does that include just weights, or can you do a max hour workout then hit cardio for 30 min after?

Just curious because I am thinking of taking this natural steroids (AndroHard) and don't know if it will allow me to workout longer in the weight room and possibly add cardio to that.

I would be more worried about set/rep overtraining rather than actual time frame. As far as that is concerned everyone is different when it comes to overtraining.

There may be one but it would be determined more on the individual and not a generalization. I DO KNOW for sure that taking a post workout shake too soon can cut off hormone release, you have up to 4 hours there is no need to drink one on the way out the door.

    Hey bigbuc6,

I hadn't heard that before. Is there a study on it somewhere?
