Minimum i would use for bodybuilding/mass purposes is 5iu/day
Anything less than that would be for anti-aging purposes and would help a bit with staying lean.
Most males will not get bad sides @ anything lower than 5iu/day.

Pinning anything less than 5iu a day can be a headache. HGH has a low shelf life after being reconstituted, even under optimal storage conditions. Most people avoid storing reconstituted hgh for more than 48 hours. Most all hgh vials are 10iu so if you wanted to split that dosing up into 3(or more) pins, you might be compromising the effectiveness of the HGH on that 3rd day.
