cyp should be done two times a week.. i am assuming you mean mg not mcg.. you are doing a small enough cycle that you will not need any AI's.. as for the PCT. .add clomid ontop of the nolvadex.. and HCG should be taken at 250iu 2x a week through out the whole cycle.. or blasted at the end at like 5000iu then 3-5days later 3000iu.. then 3-5days later 1000-2000iu's (or something along those lines) doing 250iu 2x a week at the end of your cycle would not be enoguh as your natural levels will be too shot after 6-8 weeks.. xo get more HCG or just blast it as proposed at the end of your cycle (start one or two weeks after last injection)

No problem. I will throw clomid in for sure
To minimise injections (as its my first cycle) i might take the risk and blast the HCG like you said, during PCT.
So my HCG doseage should look something like this:
PCT Day 1: 5000ui
PCT Day 5: 3000ui
PCT Day 10: 2000ui

or can i still blast it but spread it out a little bit more eg:

PCT Day 1: 3000ui
PCT Day 5: 2000ui
PCT Day 10: 2000ui
PCT Day 15: 2000ui
PCT Day 20: 1000ui
