You think compounds such as, RU-486 (mifepristone) are needed with compounds that are full agonists of the PgR then?
For those that are unlucky enough to develop gyno as a result of PGR activation even in the absence of elevated estrogen levels.
When PGR is activated mammary epithelial cells act paracrinely to induce more neighboring cell branching. So I would say a PGR antagonist would be needed.
