For those that are unlucky enough to develop gyno as a result of PGR activation even in the absence of elevated estrogen levels.
When PGR is activated mammary epithelial cells act paracrinely to induce more neighboring cell branching. So I would say a PGR antagonist would be needed.

Tren alone? With good cycle planning, the example(s) your about to give shouldnt exist IMHO. Unless I'm missing something.
