    Well done bro, you've most certainly added some size. I would definitely think about cutting at this point but be realistic about it, your not aiming at 3/4% bf. At this time looking at your last photo id put you at around 17/18% bf so a good goal would be around 12/13%. I benefit and find it easier to bulk right after ive finished cutting.

    Keeping your diet clean and adding cardio to your routine is key now....

    how many calories/per day should I consume and how much cardio? or lead me in the right direction to where i can find the info...ive never done a cutting diet
