Workout schedule should not really change much, cardio schedule should.

Cardio definitely burns some extra calories during your workout but the calorie burn ends as soon as the workout ends. Resistances training continues to burn calories long after the work out is complete.

Not if you are doing HIIT or shorter higher intensity cardio sessions. To the OP, getting cut is all about diet and cardio. Workouts shouldnt change much if at all. You could take a bit less time between sets but I would rather keep my same pace with my workouts and let the cardio and diet take off the fat.

thanks everyone for the compliment, I bike to work everyday i.e 5 days a week and I workout at my homebased gym 3 times a week. Does this sound fair to get the results I want:Cutting and muscles Definition?

NB: Diet is literally no problem now.

When cutting I do cardio in the AM and lift in the PM with a 4 day split and 1 off day. The idea is to keep your metabolic rate elevated constantly. Kind of like spacing aas dosages throughout the day to keep blood level consistent. While lifting try super setting on nearly every exercise to keep your heart rate elevated during the entire workout, rest no more than 2 mins between super sets.
