    The technique I use is to rotate injection sites by a good distance. IE Left glute, Right quad, Left quad, Right quad, of course this is only a short example (number of muscles) the idea being to get a space of at least a week between hitting the same area. Certainly you could use upper and lower quads but why not do an X pattern so that its longer before you hit the same leg again?

    Well i am injecting 500mg Test E once a week, so then i can do Left upper quad, then right upper quad, then left upper quad and then right upper quad, and it will be ok, right?
