I am actually lol. I bulked up over last winter and now I'm on a cutting cycle. The muscle keeps packing on though no matter what I do. I'm too short to be big because I look stocky (5'7) all I want is to look aesthetic. So now i'm wanting to not only lose some fat but a bit of muscle as well. iv'e tried keto and intermittent fasting but none of it works.. i seriously can't get rid of my muscle.
Basically i'm doing 2 x 45min liss sessions now per day. I'm not training weights at all and i'm doing a warrior diet. hopefully it will work![]()
Thanks will do. I want to look like I do in my Avi with maybe 10% more muscle and more definition (which I have now because that was a year ago).
At the moment I am like double the size with a bit more bf%
