My PCT with HCG question

Been on 200 mg of test cyp for about 16 weeks. Last 2 weeks been on HCG. My last shot of test was 1 week ago, so in 1 more week:

My PCT
250 ius of HCG 3X per week
.25 mg of Liquidex, EOD.

How much Tamox should I take?

I'll do this for about a month.

40mg 2 weeks, taper down 20mg to finish the month off. Get blood work post-PCT.

Should I do the liquidex everyday or is EOD good enough? Is 20 mg of tamox enough per day?

liquidex is for during cycle estrogen control not pct bro

Thanks man, I just realized that, and I Had wondered why they say take an AI during PCT. Never made sense.

If Hcg is not utilized during then it should in PCT. Testes need to be stimulated at some point.......

If you took an AI throughout the cycle, then yea you don't need it during PCT unless symptoms of excess estrogen arise. However some people use it during PCT, especially if an AI wasn't used during the cycle. However, your dose was pretty low so I don't think you have any need for one.
