stick to test only first cycle.. nolvadex through out cycle is okay, but most will say don't use it if you do not need it.. and yes.. HCG is always necessary.. it is cheap and effective, so use it

if u dont know so dont advice cuz u can harm someone, hcg isnt always necessary and it may even work against u
i advice u to stay away from steroids for 1 more year atleast and train hard
-eat every 2 hours
-30 grams of protein/meal (at least)
-take 400g complex carbs per day
-eat fruits 2 times / day (in the morning and pre-workout)
-eat vegetables
-supplements:
whey protein (after workout)
casein (before bedtime)
centrum (in the morning)
Omega 3 (3 times with meals through the day)
-try to stay away from sugars as much as u can, only take them before workout..
-stay away from trans and saturated fats
