Don't have a pic handy but as far as bf% goes, i don't think its too high. I mean I do have a little body fat around the waist but I have been practising upping the calories with protein, complex carbs and good fats the last couple weeks in preparation for my cycle. Fairly clean diet.
As far as the HCG goes... Ive got 5000iu. If I do 250x2 a week, that gives me 10 weeks. If I do 200x2 a week that gives me 12.5 weeks. What do you think about that?
