    Well planned cycle

    Maybe up the HCG dose a little, 250IU 2x a week maybe

    Treat the Adex as Insurance, no one wants to have it but u know ur covered of u do fuk up

    Get it and run it throughout IMO


    Do you have a Pic for BF estimations

    What is ur diet looking like

    Hey thanks for your input.
    Don't have a pic handy but as far as bf% goes, i don't think its too high. I mean I do have a little body fat around the waist but I have been practising upping the calories with protein, complex carbs and good fats the last couple weeks in preparation for my cycle. Fairly clean diet.
    As far as the HCG goes... Ive got 5000iu. If I do 250x2 a week, that gives me 10 weeks. If I do 200x2 a week that gives me 12.5 weeks. What do you think about that?

    I would think the 2nd option is better, run from week 2.5 up untill PCT begins

    I would rather get anothe 5000IUs personaly tho

    Apart from what ive mentioned i think u look all set
