Isnt that the sad truth and the fatty would win. Just like if a fatty sits in a chair and it breaks, he can sue the manufacturer unless it has a visible weight limit or the restaurant/owner of the establishment.

Ive heard of fatty's trying to sue corvette, Porsche and other sports car manufactures because they did not fit behind the steering wheel. lol
